This Privacy Policy explains how OmniClouds ("OmniClouds", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects information through our website (www.omniclouds.com) and through our managed services, including SD-WAN, Network as a Service (NaaS), managed security, multi-cloud connectivity and CORTEX AI Agents (together, the "Services").
1. Information we collect
We collect only the information we need to run the website and deliver the Services.
- Contact information you give us: name, business email, phone number, company, job title and the content of your message when you fill in a form, email us or book a meeting.
- Account and billing information for customers: authorised contacts, billing address, purchase orders and contract details.
- Network and device data from managed equipment: SD-WAN edge devices, firewalls, switches and Wi-Fi access points we manage send configuration, device identifiers (serial numbers, MAC addresses), public and private IP addresses, interface and link status, and software versions.
- Network telemetry and performance data: bandwidth use, latency, jitter, packet loss, application classification (traffic type, not message content), flow records and uptime, used to route traffic, meet service levels and produce reports.
- Security event data: firewall, IPS, URL filtering and threat logs, which can include source and destination IP addresses, domains visited and user or device names where your directory is integrated.
- Support data: tickets, call notes, remote session records and diagnostic files you or your team share with us.
- Website usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring site, collected through server logs. The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
2. How we use information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not inspect the content of your communications. Our AI models are not trained on your identifiable data without your written consent.
- To deliver, monitor, maintain and secure the Services, including zero-touch provisioning, path selection, failover and incident response.
- To run CORTEX AI Agents that detect anomalies, predict faults, automate routine fixes and recommend cost and performance improvements for your network.
- To provide support, measure service levels and send service notices, maintenance windows and security alerts.
- To answer enquiries, prepare proposals, invoice and manage our contracts.
- To improve our platform using aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you or your users.
- To meet legal, regulatory, tax and audit obligations, and to protect our rights and the security of our networks.
3. Legal basis
Where data protection laws require a legal basis, we process information to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, to meet legal obligations, or with your consent (which you can withdraw at any time).
4. Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to deliver the Services and only with parties bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations:
- Connectivity and carrier partners (for example internet, MPLS, 4G/5G and fibre providers) to order, activate and troubleshoot circuits at your sites.
- Technology vendors whose platforms we operate on your behalf, such as SD-WAN orchestrators, security platforms and Wi-Fi controllers, which receive device and telemetry data needed to run them.
- Cloud hosting providers (such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud) that host our management platforms and backups.
- Field engineers and implementation partners who install or replace equipment at your premises.
- Professional advisers, auditors and insurers under confidentiality.
- Authorities, when required by law, court order or to prevent fraud or serious harm. We will notify you of such requests where the law allows.
- A buyer or successor if OmniClouds is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under equivalent protections.
5. How information is disclosed
Information is shared through encrypted channels: secure APIs and orchestrator integrations (TLS 1.2 or higher), encrypted VPN tunnels, or secure file transfer. Each recipient receives only the minimum data needed for its task, under a written agreement that limits use to that task.
6. How we protect information
- Encryption in transit (TLS, IPsec) and at rest for stored logs, configurations and backups.
- Role-based access, multi-factor authentication and least-privilege access for all staff and partners who manage customer networks.
- Segregation of each customer’s configuration and data within our management platforms.
- Continuous monitoring, logging of administrative actions, vulnerability management and timely patching of managed devices.
- Background-checked staff, confidentiality agreements and regular security training.
- Documented incident response. We will notify affected customers without undue delay of a personal data breach, as required by law.
7. International transfers
We operate from the UAE, Egypt, the United States and Europe, and our providers may process data in other countries. When information moves across borders we use safeguards recognised by applicable law, such as contractual clauses, and we can host data in a specific region where your contract requires it.
8. How long we keep information
We keep network telemetry and security logs for the period set in your contract (by default 12 months), contact and enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last interaction, and contract and billing records for as long as tax and company laws require. We then delete or anonymise the data.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you are, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law, the EU and UK GDPR and US state privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email info@omniclouds.com. We will reply within the time the law requires. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Where we process data on behalf of a customer (for example, the end users on a customer’s network), we act as a processor and will refer requests to that customer.
10. Children
Our website and Services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for significant changes, notify customers by email.
